the location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Our room is clean and spacious, and the bathroom is well-maintained. the service has been friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options. We love the spa zone with the sauna and relaxing area, offering a breathtaking view.
Some of the staff members could be more courteous.

The hotel provided a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of comfort. the spa zone with sauna and relaxing area was a great perk, especially with the beautiful view it offered.
The hotel staff, apart from the owner, could have been more courteous and attentive to guests. While German was the primary language spoken, with only enough Italian to understand, the level of English spoken was quite limited, with only the owner being fluent.

Had an amazing stay during New Year's. the hotel had great food and an amazing spa. Rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. We especially enjoyed the daily changing desserts. the owner, who was also the cook, was very kind and helpful.
Some staff members could have been more courteous towards us. WiFi was only available in the public areas.
